Мы все испытали шок- это было неповторимо. И неожиданно. Смотришь сейчас на финал Кубка... И понимаешь: блат. Убил российский Кубок. Позорище, а не финал. Раньше такие вылетали в отборочных. Танцует 1- рядом-"нагрузка" В СССР нак называли не ликвид, к чему-то хорошему. Танцует пара, 2 именно пара. - не замечают, а дальше шабаш диаспоры. Да г попов, вы и по молодости " Шалили" Только в России были другие спортсмены. Они умели и танцевать и стрелять.
🎉Как же Вы точно описали ситуацию с финалом. Именно нагрузка))) тяжёлая, раздувающая губы, излишне манерная партнерша)))) и очаровательная Настенька... Прямо как в сказке "Морозко"...
Странно, я когда закончила писать, тоже подумала- ну Морозко... Я ворона старая, поэтому на голый куст не каркаю... Меня просто бесят эти " Новаторы" Они заладились российские бальные танцы, проталкивая и навязывать всю эту пошлятину, вульгарность на 0 технике. Похоже там есть и с кого на это деньги тянуть, для покупки мест в финалах. И детей и юниоров колеса... Этими залипульками и обжимульками. Но уверена: ничего у них не выйдет. И как бы они не мучили своими страшными фейсами- красота победит срамоту. И писать буду под каждым роликам этих обезьян с зеркалом, что бы не забыли и на носу зарубили: Россия за чистоту и красоту в спорте

But what are the options for a top professional if she wants to continue dancing?! I assume she wants to step our of her professional comfort zone, still try to evolve as a dancer, to feel dedicated to the art once again. She is still 'dance-hungry'!!! This deserves respect even if I'm personally not a fan of this performance art. Well, they are invited to the competitions for these performances, so that works for them and makes them happy and 'alive' again :)
I’ll approach this from a different angle: what is their contribution to the dance world? What are they doing to enrich, innovate, or promote this dying field? Why should a quest for personal fulfillment be a valid criteria for justifying superfluous dancing? I reject this notion wholesale. And my critique goes for both. He particularly looks very ripe for retirement. Needless to say, there's something positively yucky about aging people dancing about fast love. Like stop and be real already
@@ficklefialka309 Fair points 😊. It’s true, not so much enrichment and innovation from them. But one could argue that they promote the dancing field at least a tiny bit since these performances are more accessible/understandable to the general public, so I suppose they help keep the interest in ballroom dancing. You know, those cute 6-year olds in dancing competitions also don’t innovate, but they help promote the field. The same could be said about the senior dancing divisions. Lastly, it’s about inclusivity which enriches the field, regardless if these dancers are retired professionals, seniors, pupils, same-sex couples or, in the future, human-robot couples and robot-robot couples ultimately 😊 Dancing postpones death - of people and of the dancing field!

Unless those studies have been done and showed the validity of your claims, I am not so sure that more "accessible" dance performance promotes interest in ballroom dancing among general public. Exhibit 1: Dancing with the Stars in the US. A fairlly popular show that uses all it has at its disposal-celebrities, gorgeous bodies, skimpy costumes, etc-to draw the public in. And yet, it has had little to no impact on promoting ballroom dancing among American children. American kids, generally speaking, are not interested in partner dancing. Or, that inclusivity enriches the field. A good thing, no doubt, but how do you know? Where do you put the link between the two? However, I do know one thing. Innovation drives any and every field with no exception. Without it, a field stagnates and eventually dies. Also with no exception. So, from my perspective, anyone who does not contribute to the development of the ballroom dance discipline has a professional obligation to bow out, ESPECIALLY, former dance champions, given their privilidged position at the top of the dance hierarchy and the power to revolutionize the field
I'm glad there are multiple cameras in Russia but TBH its terrible to watch when it keeps changing so often...
