I felt this "conflict" when I was doing my internship as a public health Officer, the nutritionists, nurses etc dint really like the public health dept where I was working. We even had a seperate mabati office weeeh🤣 I don't know where this conflict came from but could be an underlying factor to you being discouraged but I totally love Public Health as well and can't wait to pursue my masters in the same
I find it very interesting. Honestly an unnecessary drift. Because we need that multidisciplinary approach for great outcome!
@@KarwirwaLaura True we sure do, from my program I am Learning how Climate change and Health are related in dimensions I dint know before,a multidisciplinary approach is really needed to improve health and in Kenya we haven't embraced this much, unnecessary conflicts are evident

Nice, for anyone who comes to this space and wants to apply , there are some agencies that work with UK universities that aid in applying and the entire application, and they are totally FREE OF CHARGE.. one of them is UNISERV , there are several, trust me they are totally legit ...
And in case you are wondering why they offer their services free of charge yet its a long and tideous process from the point where you have to decide on the University to Applying for Visa and flying out, the answer is that once you are in the UK and studying ,the Universities in the UK ate the ones that pay the agency..so you don't pay anything ...
