That Tamiya Stug111 Ausf. B is a masterpiece, Sergio. I really appreciate & enjoy your builds. The small details you add to each & every one of your builds. The use of oils, pigments & use of different paint to achieve the amazing results. Thanks. Looking forward to more videos once I've caught with the rest of your many other videos.
Thank you very much, John! If you liked the StuG you're going to love the T-60. It's my best work so far :) so stay tuned!
Great Work, it's simply the tutorial that I need! Thanks!
cool idea for the rubber tracks and using the wire to shape the sag!!
FANTASTIC!
Gracias Sergio!

Thank you Steve. Congrats on your purchase. The StuG III is one of my favourite tanks

+kaysee88 Modeling should be fun and relaxing 😊 Thanks for watching!
I’m working on the same kit right now, copying you as best I can. To quote Mr Han to Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon, “Your skill is extraordinary!”😀
nice build.
+Clayton McClain Thank you!
trabajo espectacular 😉
+javier sanchez gonzalez Muchas gracias 😊
Hola Sergio!
No hace falta rehacer nada 😎.
Belo trabalho
Bravo sir... fantastic!
+Jason Voorheez Thank you!
Perfekt
Estas hecho un autentico monstruo del modelismo! Que bueno eres, caramba! saludos desde España!
Muchas gracias :)
very nice rust!
Sergio, te puedo asegurar que creas afición, enhorabuena, eres genial.
¡Muchas gracias, Juan!
Nice video!
Thanks!
Very nice.
+Tiger1AuasfE Thank you
Muchas gracias :)
The Vallejo German Grey looks much different than the one you have. My German grey has a bluish black tone to it. Yes, I mixed it
Bienvenido a bordo :)
Wow!
+Sgt Bones 😊
I miss this guys videos.
EXCELENTE!
Gracias, Pablo
this is a Art!
Thanks!
Hola! Saludos!
What does one use to clean the floor polish out of the airbrush?
that hairspray you used, should it be fully dried before apply white color?
Saludos 😊
I really liked the job u did on Tamiya's StugIIIB,the build & winter white wash effects + practice makes near perfect? I'm a bit depressed, but u & many other model kit builders, particularly armour modelers, have encourage me to get back 2 modeling.
Thank you, John! I'm glad you're back to this wonderful hobby 😊
best youtube channel of all times! well worth the wait, thanks a bunch for the video Sergio, you are my hero. :D
+laMoort You're very kind! Combining the paint and weathering process in a single video is very time consuming, I think it's just better
That sag technique is really good and easier. Most just drill through the hull and insert wire.
I'm glad you like it
Obrigado!
Does anyone know where you can get that sheet he uses for the wheels? the jig with all the different size holes. Thanks
Great job.I jut ordered this kit.Question about hairspray chipping.I always put a lacquer coat over base before hairspray.Doesn't the hairspray eat through final coat to basecoat without lacquer coat?
Thank you. It depends on the brand you use. Test beforehand if hesitant
Saludos
Great job!!!! Wish you could play some German ww2 music though.
Great job , only too much green pigments on the wheels .. shouldn’t be snow instead ?
What is you go to airbrush? Needle nozzle size?
Un tutorial como dios manda 👌
Wonderful paintwork!
Does hairspray loose it's chipping capabilities with time? I mean, weren't you afraid of erasing white paint down to black base you had covered with a hairspray before?
Hi. Great work. Just wondering-- how long do you let the paint dry before trying to chip it?
Thanks. I just wait a few minutes. If I'm doing several subassemblies, by the time I finish painting the last one I can start chipping the the first one
Saludos
Just fucking brilliant.....
+Junglelands Thanks!
Nice job!! Olso the video is very good i think you have great camera. Just a question: you paint with the Vallejo Model Color, what do you use to dilute the color? Just water?. in which rate? thanks
Thanks! Yeah, plain water, starting with a 1:1 ratio and then adjust as needed
it's a big thumbs up from me my friend
+Neil Mackay Thank you, Neil! I really appreciate it 😊
Did it has to be specific kind of hairspray and do I need to water down the hairspray before airbrush it
I bought the cheapest one I could find and didn't water it down
Nice done! How long does it take to you between applying oil paint on model and starting to blending and stirring it to achieve final effect? It looks great! ;)
Thanks! You don't need to let it dry. Apply it and then start blending it
Thank you! ;)
my Vallejo acrylic paints seems to be watery when i brush them on, is it me? I'm extremely new to painting, I just bought a air brush set but have yet to use it.
Model Air are thinner than Model Color (the ones I used to use). Shake them very well and apply several coats if needed
HI SERGIO, thats my first time using hairspray chipping , after i sprayed the hair spray, and i use tamiya spray can matt white to spray on it, but, when i wash with water, the white pant come come out ... why , any step i missed up ! or i spray white too thick
Hi, Daniel. Idon't use Tamiya paints, so I can't really give you any advice
Hi!
Great looking build! I really like your approach and the techniques you use. Looking forward to more videos. And thanks for all the little tips. :-).
A few questions... You use clearcoats between the weathering-stages, or you go for oil-wash or dotfilter directly on matte base/colour-coat?
And, in a German three-tone camo, would you work the modulation in all colours or focus on the basecoat and let the green and brown "take care of itself"?
Best regards, Fred.
Hi Fred! Thank you for your kind words. I usually don't use clearcoats between weathering stages, unless I suspect the new coat will damage the coat underneath. For example, the oils and turpentine have zero effect on the hairspray and acrylic paint, so I can work with confidence without applying anything in between. About the color modulation for multicolored camos I focus on the base coat and then use oil paint filters for each extra tone.
I hope that helps 🙂
Sure does! Thanks for the tips! Hope you don´t mind my questions. Just got back into building, and I have some catching up to do...:-) So many new techniques...
Hi !!
Would be kind enough to share with us the thinning of Vallejo Model Color for airbrushing and the PSI used ?
Thanks in advance !
Cheers from Athens, Greece :)
+Ioannis D. Giannakopoulos (ioannisdg) Hi, Loannis! I use distilled water to thin Vallejo's Model Color, 1:1 ratio in most cases, and for airbrushing I work with pressures between 20 and 25psi.
Cheers from Colombia! 🇨🇴
Sergio! I’m missing you and your videos. Hope all is well!
Things are going well! although I can't produce new videos. Thanks for asking :)
@@SergioSolo why cant u just want to know
Very good video.Tamiya should have provided interior hatch details.
It's over already????? Thanks Sergio!
Yes, but plenty more to come!
Hola Sergio!.
