    Is there a trick to make videos buffer less?

      Depending on the device you are watching from. You can lower the video quality or sometimes pause the video and allow it to load will cut down on buffering

      No buffering so far

    Why would you going straight up to VPN when it comes to ISP blocking or sniffing the Tor connection??
    It should be done as last resort when Tor Bridges and Snowflakes unable to do so

      As long as it's nothing illegal. The best option is to look for the same red flags you'd see on the open web, and most reputable vendors will have reviews on message boards related to the topic
