John's two sons don't want to take over the several thousand vehicle salvage yard in Texas so he's "taking it with him" he says. Lots of good parts and projects available at John's and we met two guys who were picking parts for their projects at home who knew who I was from watching "Bring 'Em Back to Life" on CZcams.com!

There is a lot of fantastic old iron in that yard.

Another great video Denny. Love these old car junkyards. Glad you showed your 56. I'm still working on my 56 Belair 2 door hardtop myself, I gotta fix some dent in the splash pan below the turn signals on mine is my next step.

So much great old Iron. John has a lot of good parts hopefully tons of them go to good use.
Thanks for sharing Denny love those old junk yards I could spend hours there. Take care👍🏻

I saw a couple vehicles there that you could spend 50 thousand bucks on and have a nice 30 thousand dollar car. For most of that stuff, it's time to call in a good crusher and make your money selling the scrap. I like your channel, keep on keepin on. Thanks for the videos. I have restored one 1937 Ford Coupe, 1940 Ford Tudor sedan, a 1956 two door Ford Victoria, a 58 Buick and a 59 Buick, both 2 door hardtops. In my advanced age I am working on a 1967 Ford Fairlane GT and a 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente. And that will be the end of it. Thanks again for the videos.

Awesome. Other than our 56 Chevy collection, 56 Ford Crown Vic's are my favorite year and model, then the 34 Ford 2 door.

Hey Denny. I wish I could find a yard like that. I need a rear seat for my 1940 Buick and can't find one. I guess I will make one from wood. Thanks for sharing.👍👍🍁

Take a look at adventures made from scratch. Silas just brought in a pretty neat one. It's a little rough. But it has the rounded back and if I use for storage maybe our use it for street rod. You can always shorten it. It's a little bit shorter bus anyway. It's in one of his last couple of episodes. Also there's another one where the guy I bought it for just the Cummings engine. And it already had shelving in it for storage. It's a newer model. I used to go pick these things up running for a two or three hundred dollars off of school bus auctions. Now people figured out that they make great storage and the hippies have come back and they have diesel engines they can use to build their Diesel Hot rods. You can't hardly touch them for $3,000 now. A box of an old box truck works great for storage. Pioneer that helps you FYI.

Hey, how bad was that Henry J in the horse corral? You don't see many that weren't chopped up. My Grandmother loved them and had two back in the day. I would love to get a hold of a nice unmolested one. Gary

When I'm walking and talking with the owners I don't usually get close enough to focus on overall condition, but the stuff in Texas is relatively clean rust wise. You can contact John and inquire about specifics on the Henry J. 830-303-9300

I just recommended you channel today and was wondering what happened to you! Great fantastic even see a new episode up. He was looking for 59 El Camino parts. I simply told him research through your old episodes. Congratulations on the garage.
