    I am not getting this right - I am able to connect local with wifi but I have tried multiple times to connect mobile 5g and larix isn't connecting. I have followed the steps for inbound / outbound rules and also forwarding / triggering for the router. It's not working. I also have tried multiple ports - static host name etc. Nothing is allowing the connection to take place. I have also tried different methods for ip in obs media scene along with larix srt url. I have no idea what I am doing wrong here.

      It's possible this type of connection is blocked by your ISP (internet service provider). When this is the case I recommend Belabox Cloud - czcams.com/video/wn5Ql8GXiNg/video.htmlsi=qTSKaUCy1fO_wFR6

    Hi there, how do you remotely control your obs while doing irl eg starting stream or switching scenes, it would be great to see a tutorial on it as i can only find apps that use a local connection that work.

      Hi, I show it briefly in this video... czcams.com/video/UX3e0tnzC_M/video.html but yeah, I could make a more detailed video on it. Thanks!

      There's this older video as well czcams.com/video/ownKy8yVJ04/video.html which goes through How I start & stop IRL streaming with Streamer Bot chat commands

    You mean tge computer with obs should left open while you are out streaming using your phone?

    • @cliffcreates
      @cliffcreates  Před 7 měsíci

      Yes, basically I send the video signal from my phone to OBS on my home computer which has a stable internet connection, then OBS streams to Twitch. The home computer needs to be on and connected to the internet for this to work

    Hello, can you send me a link on how I can get no ip address or where I can find public ip? I’m lost with searching how I can stream with Larix to OBS😬 please, give me an advice

      Hi, the video below simplifies the whole process without having to deal with No-IP or Port Forwarding. It's what I'm using now to IRL stream with my phone...

    hello i followed the steps and i can't even get a local connection working any idea what i could do

    • @cliffcreates
      @cliffcreates  Před rokem

      Interesting, I cover every possible reason I know of getting that error message. If it's not working on a local connection it may be a typo in your streaming PC's IPv4 address, the media source in OBS and/or the connection info in Larix not matching up with the others.
      A new video I'm working on may make this whole process a lot easier to get things working. Thanks

    does SRT work with streamlabs or am i stuck using OBS?

    • @cliffcreates
      @cliffcreates  Před 10 měsíci

      SRT without automatic scene switching might work in Streamlabs for Desktop if it supports Media Sources, but I'd recommend OBS Studio

    Hi!
    Thanks!
    what about IP v6 addresses? Are they working with Larix?

    • @cliffcreates
      @cliffcreates  Před 3 měsíci +1

      You're welcome and yes, I've tested it in Larix, IRL Pro and Streamcast Pro using the format...
      srt://[IPv6 address]:port number
      srt://[0000:1111:0000:1111]:2255
      The addition of square brackets is the only change for Larix and OBS

      @Trendish_channel Před 3 měsíci +1

      @cliffcreates hmm... looks like my router doesnt support the port forwarding for IP v6 😟
      I spent the whole day trying to set it up. But it still not work for external IP/domain name (no-ip). Can`t even ping my router from outside. But when I try to ping my domain name I can see my router IP address and 'Request time out..'
      Disabled everything related to firewall and ping attack blocking in my router settings. Tryied even on my MacBook but works only locally 😩

      @Trendish_channel Your internet service provider probably doesn't support or allow remote connections. Try this other video instead... czcams.com/video/wn5Ql8GXiNg/video.html
