I used to 2 minute reconstruction protein treatment! I left it in for 5 minutes and it brought back my damaged curls that would not curl from chemical damage.
I used it once and my bleached ends still were dry and brittle, and I couldn't run my fingers through. Then the next day I did a second one and that was the charm. My hair is 80% softer now and putting in conditioner isn't a challenge anymore

@@faithblessed5798 it's great put your hair on a schedule. Depending on the coarse of your hair wash and deep condition every week or every 2 weeks. For me its every 2 wks. If I have braids I'll leave them in for 2 months but still wash my hair every month and oil and hydrate. Get like a spray bottle buy aloe vera juice and essential oils to your hair porosity and that'll be a great moisture for your hair while in braids aloe vera is GREAT for hair growth. I got like two videos on my channel regarding hair on those videos I made a conscious decision to either do another big chop or cut a lot off my hair stylist suggested to go with cutting the dead off. I cut 2 1/2 inch off cause sew ins and braids made my hair stagnant it grew in length but density (thickness it was scarce) I have fine 3c/4a4b hair. four yrs being natural I should've been at least back length. But I didn't have my hair on a schedule and I wasnt taking care of it like I take care of my VAGINA lol. That'd how you suppose to care for your natural hair. Natural is hard work and can be expensive. So after the videos on my channel since then my hair has flourished its longest stronger and thicker and all it takes is patience and care. I wish I would've done this 4 yrs ago but we learn as we go.

I have never gotten it in the nice curly way like i see on the vid n sometimes i dont kno what protective styles to use other than a bun which can also put presure on the edges cause of the tightness n i end up going back to relaxer. But now ill keep the determination.

I blow dry it until it’s hard to the touch, so yes crunchy. Kind of like when you have gel in your hair and it dries up. Sometimes it doesn’t get super stiff but it should be somewhat hard.
I know exactly what you mean lol . Breakage is the enemy 😩 clip your ends regularly and keep them moisturized. This treatment will definitely help with breakage though
Just dyed my hair no bleach and my ends are so dry and they didnt curl up like they did when I didnt have dye in it take me more effort I have to curl the ends with my fingers to get it curly before u could just add water and boom
if it stays stretched even when wet, when it stops shrinking, when it just hangs and has no bounce. you have to balance protein and moisture. too much moisture can result in limp hair.
Hope this product works for me. Gotten my hair flat ironed after 2 years of growth and some parts are straight and still shiny from the products used. My curls seem looser also.

What has been helping the most is Shea Moisture Charcoal detox shampoo and the Maui Charcoal mask. I did the apple cider vinegar rinse today and that really helped breaking down what's inside the strand. Ultimately, I'll have to talk to my beautician to get it all out in one wash. Watching your video with this product gave me a start.

Aphogee is a good product to use if you need protein. I personally haven’t tried the rice water trick but I have heard some people say that it made their hair super dry, others have said it’s the best thing they’ve ever tried. I would start out by trying to find something to add moisture like a deep moisture treatment.

The Aphogee two minute reconstructor is good too. Trust me it is really great. It is more of a cream like a deep conditioner.

Try the less harsh protein treatment maybe every 6mos or once a year.
I got some highlights done and the the lady left the bleach for too long. Now some parts of my hair look dead af. Hope this works 😔
