New Vacuum: Perfect C105B Commercial Battery Canister

I'll be videoing this with a TK286 turbine arriving soon, as well as recording the airflow tests for a few vacuums in my collection. Stay tuned!.
Anyways, it's a mystery of a vacuum since there's zero online info. Where was this bought? Does it have a brushless motor? Where do I find a new battery for it?
This vacuum is also known as the Bissell BGC-3000B, and the corded versions are sold under the labels Perfect C105, Bissell BGC-3000, and Clean Obsessed CO711.
