How to Make A FLOWER POT out of CAKE! Chocolate cake, coffee buttercream and edible OREO dirt!

- What better way to celebrate the day dedicated to the woman who gave you life than with FLOWERS! Rather than giving my Mamma traditional flowers for this year's Mother's Day, I decided to give her CAKE! She couldn't tell the difference though (see the end of the vid).
This week I show you how I made these flower pot cakes with chocolate cake, coffee buttercream and fondant. I even sprinkled them with edible dirt and decorated them with real flowers! Hint: If you want to avoid working with fondant, you can bake cakes in a terracotta pot, just grease it and line with parchment paper to cover the drainage hole! Happy Caking!

Here's an idea for the leftover cake bits from carving the shape of the pots: use them to make cake pops to stick in the pot like flowers!
