Orphaned Black Bear Cubs Thorn And Timber Find A Home

Thorn and Timber were both found alone in the wild, unable to survive on their own. Thanks to community support, they found a new home at the Oregon Zoo.

Black bears can live long, happy lives in a proper zoo environment, and having a friend that's like the siblings they would almost certainly have in the wild is the best.

Such sweet cubies!! It is amazing getting to see them thrive together it’s unfortunate that they lost their mom’s & didn’t get to grow up in the wild however this zoo is the next best place for them & I know they will get the absolute BEST care thank you Oregon Zoo(and Alaska Zoo,Alaska airlines)for giving Timber & Thorn this 2nd chance at a wonderful life together one that without human help,they wouldn’t have gotten.🐻🌲🤎🌻🤗
