That taco spaghetti bake looks great! I like how you showed cooking the ground beef from frozen. Sometimes you don't have time to let it thaw. I like that you made your own sauce w/ the meat, onions, peppers, and canned tomatoes. That way, you make it how you want. I like the idea of using refried beans as "glue" at the bottom of the pan. I put olive oil on them, when serving as regular spaghetti , sometimes a pat real butter ,didnt want cassarole to get to slippery lol but in this recipe I added butter to the water I boiled them in,was pretty good but yes oil or butter always helps, hope you have a good day,take care

Oh I made this video two years ago ,I don't follow a recipe I made it up and it was delicious,lol, I just use bell peppers onions garlic ground beef. I thought I showed all the ingredients, I don't have it written but garlic powder onion powder Tony's,tenderizer, pepper,fajita seasoning,cumin,I probably baked at 350 to melt the cheese ,I boiled my pasta added my homemade meat sauce cheese and it's probably not in oven long just keep an eye on after 15-20minutes, and add taco sauce to meat and some diced tomatoes,two cans one with green chili's and can tomato paste, anyway it's a good dish hope you enjoy it,have a great day
