  • This summer a group of OP4 owners met-up in Cortez, CO. They fueled up and hit the road to take on trails like Yankee Boy Basin, Last Dollar Road, Rim Rocker and more.
They hit some unexpected bumps (literally) and had to change plans en-route, which made for some challenging rock crawling. They say it’s not about the destination but the journey… while the journey makes it an #adventure, the destinations make it an #opusadventurerun
Some of the more epic locations the group explores:
Last Dollar Road: Ascending from Telluride to Ridgway, the group had a clear view of Wilson Peak, recognizable not only to Coloradans, but also to anyone who’s ever peeled the label off a Coors bottle.
Yankee Boy Basin: This alpine basin in Ouray County (southwestern Colorado) was closed to vehicles at the time, so the group took a slight detour leaving them in a “tight” situation.
Miramonte Reservoir: South of Norwood in Western Colorado, the Miramonte Reservoir is a remote lake found within the Dan Noble State Wildlife Area and considered to be one of the best fisheries in the state with its abundance of rainbow.
