This is kind of close to what I do. However, I study with a 45 minute timer that I repeat twice and then take a break. 1 hour is a bit too much and my mind starts to wander. Maybe I can do half an hour of quiz? I really need to test myself more. Thanks a lot for these tips, uncle Matt!
