Hiya, I've never commented on any you tube vlog before. I just want to say good on yer Faye. Watching Tins on tour has inspired me to get off my butt and learn to ride at 64. I'm not exactly a spring chicken but a week ago I completed my CBT and now I've hot a new bike on order and I can't wait to pick it up. Thanks for your inspiration guys. (P S. Its also nice to hear a fellow scouser) I await your next installment folks. Take care.
Embrace the cruiser Faye, feel the zin. It is the only thing that is going to fit someone your size without building a custom bike from scratch. Your journey has been very discomforting to me. Here in the States 65% of our sales are cruiser bikes. We would have already had you on a 26" seat height Harley Soft Tail and setting fire to the motorway months ago.

My first bike was a keeway super light and I loved it and l am six foot eight and weigh 17 stone , I now have a triumph bonneville cruiser and l would still like to have my keeway just be safe and happy
That's a great bike for you faye I can tell you love this bike already 😀 I'm 52 and passed my test in May and after trying loads of bikes I bought a royal enfield interceptor 650cc and I absolutely love it.... confidence is a big thing on a motorbike once you've got that you will ride loads better ..Happy riding keep safe
Great bike, looking confident on it already. If you do go down the A2 license route, the bikes in these categories are more then powerful enough. I have a full license but bought a z400, and it is fantastic. I have done long trips on it, on motorways and fast A roads, sits at 70 with a lot more to give all day. Smaller capacity bikes should be lighter as well. 👍
Hey Faye! Just bought a Honda Rebel 500 and it feels amazing to ride! I'm usually a tourer hater but honestly I took it for a test ride and OMG instant confidence 1st time on a bike for 10 years!! I'm 5ft and not too much stretch to the bars and a 2019 plate with 3000 miles on the clock £4700!!! I can't wait for it to be delivered next weekend!!! Seriously a great option for folks like us!! Hope you guys come up to Scotland on tour soon so we can have a wee ride round the twisties up here! Tea is on me!!! X

Faye, can you explain the licensing requirements. I tried looking online but I'm confused. 😕. How long do you have to ride around with the "L" plate?
