You won't regret it. Another advantage that Isla Mujeres has over Cancun is that Playa Norte is usually not so much affected by sargasso as the beaches in Cancun
Eventhough I'm not at TripA fan, I have to agree that Isla Mujeres probably has one of the best beaches in Mexico, along with the beaches of Cancun. Did you do any snorkeling?
