How To Fix Watch Dogs 1 Not Launching, Not Starting, Stuck Loading & Crash

2. Go to where you put your Watch Dogs game installation folder
3. delete or backup all files in the bin folder
4. Extract the file you downloaded and cut it into the bin folder in your Watch Dogs game installation
5. run the game
