“I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2016. However, despite not being able to walk for a few weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and try to practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…we are all specks of dust…Also thank you for all your support. It means a lot. I have suffered from anxiety from the past and self confidence, (yeah hard to see now right) didn’t think I was ‘good, or worthy enough’ but I feel I have a new lease of life, don’t really care as much and want to show you guys what I have! : ) You are all awesome and without you, there would be no channel. “
That's why she is called the soul supreme. Her eyes are so expressive and her voice is different among those belters. It can penetrate your heart and mind. And that made her a winner for the people.

Do you know that they (Singer) change her song a day before the live show. Thus she ask her friend to come and help her (the guitarist) and they just practice overnight. And as usual, she killed it (the song).
@TheIkawatay she can also rap she raps on rolling on the deep tagalog i speak tagalog but i didnt even understand it cause its to fast
@TheIkawatay that tagalog rap part is from her audition song in Xfactor Philippines 😍 I mean the judges ask her to sing another song because she's too good , that's why the audience and judges ask more....

Just to add. KZ Tandingan known here in our country as one of the most creative singer in terms of rearranging the genre of music. As you can notice she was changing the song completely into a new one. She will always find a way to make it her own. In the rendition she made on rolling in the deep, it was a combination of different genres like rock, rap, r&b pop and a lot more. And BTW, I subscribe to your channel not because you're reacting to my fellow countrymen but you're a genuine REACTOR, not just for the sake of reacting but for what it's really mean. More power!

Your comment on her being fully immersed is absolutely spot on. What i noticed with her is that before she sings she dives into that emotional space of whatever it is she will be trying to express through the song. She gets into that mode.

She's always taking into consideration not just the way she pronounce iach word but also the phrasing when she sings she loves telling story of the song .Every listener will truly understand the message .That's what I love from her.
Now I love Christina, but this is one of the few times where a cover has actually been miles and miles better than the original. This performance genuinely felt like the song was written for KZ. So glad you've done reactions to her, because she's got an amazing raspy tone to her voice. In a lot of ways she reminds me of a phillipino version of Jessie J. ^^

seen this reaction a few times, this time, I'm reacting! Thank you so much, I say! Ethereal, indeed, what with the "clouds" and the "sunset" plus the angelic voice. Your reaction is very informative- the best, I think. Just wonderful, especially, when you think that they made her sing this song instead of the one she prepared... she had about 6 hours to prepare-- had to send for sir Makoy, the guitarist from Manila to China for the night's performance. So, no time for the whole orchestra to rehearse it, just the acoustic guitar... Again, thank you so much....
Thank you for reacting to my favorite piece by her. She's such a creative and talented lady. From my understanding the guitarist is hers and he was brought in at the last minute as the producers had her change her song at the last moment. They practiced the whole night before to get it right. This song is beautiful no matter who sings it and how they may arrange it. Great reaction and don't worry about the sniffles and tears. I had them the first time I watched this performance. I can't wait to see what is next for her. Or what YOU have in store for us next
