6:23 it’s actually really interesting, that break of the ankles is purely visual. If your crosshairs is still on the target, no matter how hard you break your ankles you will still shoot where you aiming before
What's more interesting is this is how flinch works too - if someone is flinching your crosshair to the sky, but you pull down real hard, your barrel will be pointed at the ground but your reticle will be on target allowing you to shoot them. Interesting coding for sure
@@Zurrke same thing if you fall and hit the ground hard enough, your aim and cross hair will slam to the ground but your bullets will still be going straight/up

It’s my favorite 120 for people and it’s good for people who missed out on Igneous. It’s a good option for running other special weapons.
i don’t think you can really compare with igneous here as they’re both in different slots

The fact that celerity got turned into an origin trait in alacrity means that if igneous ever comes back, clerity will almost certainly not exist on it anymore which sucks. I love igneous but never kept one with celerity because it was useless before but now its the best perk on it. RIP
That's unfortunate. I still have my only adept igneous and it has celerity on it. Maybe I should give it a try.
It 100% got depreceated its in a twab somewhere. I kept all my celerity rolls things a stat monster cuz it kept the buffed celerity of straigght stats all the time and bonus being last alive

My main roll that I always loved was encore/celerity. Love it cause it feels more like a 140 than a 120 with the insane amount of stats you get for free. And now that both encore and celerity are even stronger than before I'm glad that my instincts told me to use that roll

Badly needs a buff and maybe even an Unstoppable shot built in. It is a Shotgun in a way afterall
It should have more range as an "auto rifle" the range is awful or make it deal more damage the closer you are(it is alreadyy like that but more damage would make it usable) as someone who has 700 kills on it a small buff wouldnt be bad at all.
Sorry to break it for ya it isn't getting a buff the leaks are confirmed but still take it with a grain of salt maybe it will get a buff
@TDM GAMING They said was over a dozen weapons, and what has been leaked was 3 weapons and the rest being armor changes. It is completely possible
The range is not that bad you just are only going to hit the 1 out of the 4 bullets that shoots where the reticle is.and it does increased damage further out.
you can actually really get some solid Pure Poetry rolls depending on the type of gameplay you are going for. Keep away is just so nice it is hard to beat. Kill Clip was the differentiator for me though and Robin feels great. Igneous is fantastic as well I have like a 2.5 out oo 5 roll and it it still slaps
Only problem for me is actually getting a red border to drop, especially if it's Round Robin
Apparently the best way to get red borders (which has kind of worked for me) is to travel from the director in to wherever terminal overload is, check if there are any gold patrols in your area, and if not, drive to the other 2 areas on neomuna and if there aren't, go to orbit and repeat.
I tried that for 20mins a couple of days ago and did actually get a couple of red borders (which I hadn't had from random drops in the world for a LONG time haha)
@@donogoodatgames don’t even have to go to orbit. Just launch into terminal overload again straight from the ground 😄 That and doing the “from zero…” and “…to hero” quests from Nimbus on all characters gets you a free red border Round Robin and Iterative Loop.
@MythicRWBY yeah, I know people have said about just launching it while you're on Neomuna but I was having more success just going to orbit for whatever reason.
From what I've heard the way you've suggested works for a lot of people as well, so it's just preference and of course, our favourite mechanic in the game, our lord RNGesus
The only on that does not drop for me is fckin round robin
You can always run the campaign on all your characters that gets you 3 and if you have a character you never use just delete it and run through 2 more time or just go back and forth from orbit to find legend patrols then it's in rnjesus's hands

The grind to get this was ridiculous I was at rank 50 nimbus when I needed 1 more of these to craft it having all the other neomuna weapons done, I am now rank 64 and finally got the last one to drop.
Literally just finished streaming my Lightfall playthru with that Hand Cannon. To me, Round Robin is a straight upgrade from my beloved Loud Lullaby, so of course I will main it.

I hated the feel of igneous the moment I got it and dismatled everyone I had (infused the adepts) because it felt so horrible to me. Round robin just feels fantastic imo and I can craft multiple rolls that do different jobs. Personal preference but it ain't cope. Edit: Also it shades abit TOO well

I love threadling on this gun, along with the microrocket perk it gives me free damage occasionally and let’s me 2 tap with less downtime than kill clip
Pro tip, when you fall from a high distance and you're gun falls down like at 6:25, you're shots still come from where you're gun would be. It's only an animation and not affecting where you're gun's programmed to shoot from
I only ever got one igneous adept and I absolutely love it, the sheer amount of stats from celerity make it feel so nice
Some of these transitions were nice af the grapple into zoom pan was awesome
I’ve been enjoying it so far. Like you said, for 6s that will probably be the go to. I almost hate it because now some of the older weapons just feel power crept.
wish they made a gun like that but for energy i main my steady hand for the kinetic slot
I think it's on par with Igneous. It doesn't have the same stability and handling, but it does have the accuracy from keep away and the extra damage from nano rockets.
Just finished leveling up my crafted one, it is pretty good but it’s mostly the kill clip is mostly novelty. However when you get it rolling it can shut down entire teams in 6s, was also running it with duality and I was just popping off lobby after lobby
I think there is a fragment that allows strand weapons to make tangles on kills, this and the tangle mods in the artifact PLUS the fact it one taps tangles is what I think makes this weapon so special this season. You should definitely give it a try fully specd out. Also with the hunter helmet and the fragment that reloads weapons you can keep refreshing your high handling and woven mail just by quick grappling your point or tangles
I think you need to have woven mail for the fragment to make any tangles
I love seeing people grappling the tangles lol. I've been doing that since the first few days. I never see other people do it in game tho.

Whether you craft kill clip or whatever in 4th slot. Fluted barrel with handling mw is the move. You still hit max damage at 38m with keep away and you min max your stability and handling.
If you have the mats to play with, I enhanced keep away, and enhanced threading or whatever it's called. GAMECHANGER for trials. Buffs handling and when the threadlings spread and hit for around 50 to all the sitters, you might as well have kill clip from all the two taps your getting.

Do a review on the iterative loop fusion rifle. With under pressure and kickstart, its a monster. Its craftable, and now bungie made rapid fire fusions better increasing damage by 15 per burst. You can get 15 meters of range and the more stable the deadlier it is. Im sure you got iterative loops patterns (if not all by now) on the round robin grind just like I did. People are sleeping on this, get to it fam!
I have been able to get 2 taps with my igneous. Rampage x3 and Radiant. Can be tricky at times but possible. I do pair it with Rain of Fire too for the constant ammo.
So, I don’t really think the same about igneous hammer, because (I’m kinda biased cause I don’t have one) but being able to craft round robin and it’s a free two tap, it just feels way to good to say igneous is better for me, but that’s my personal opinion, everyone has their own, but some of us are sad because we missed out, unfortunately
Path of burning steps and rampage 2 taps btw wallah. Or you can use a radiant build. The best thing is is that you don't need to run solar for burning steps to work. So you can use a subclass as strong as arc/void and make ig hammy an even stronger weapon
I really like elemental capacitor on strand in the final column. Gun feels very good in the air

I made Robin for consticiency and pick elemental capacitor, which allows to get 71 range and 62 stability so it's by stats close to my Igneous rolls who sits on 70-80 range and 45-55 stability.

Personally, bottom dollar will always be my replacement for igneous since I scrapped all mine during the last season it was available, thinking that I would be able to keep grinding for it. (I paid 0 attention to news and sunsetting at the time)

Rapid hit elemental capacitor on igneous adept is just too good so glad i farmed it cuz it slaps rn
bottom dollar is still slept on. xur had a HFR, Accurized, RF, EP roll a while back and it feels really good a little sluggish but being able to 3 crit out to like 44m definitely is nice.
Agree it's slept on. I've got a RF/EP Bottom Dollar from the days before Origin Traits and it was a beast last weekend in IB (otherwise hadn't used it since right after the 120 nerfs). Zero barrel/mag investment into range and it's still reaching out past 38 meters while picking up 15 Handling, 20 Stability, and 7 AE from Fluted/Steady. Still gets the 3-crit kill at 43 meters even on 10 resil. It's wild how good it actually is.
I got the pattern for this just the other day, spent yesterday leveling it up. I couldnt take it off. It is so much fun. I dont even want kill clip, im more of an elicap guy, but it still slayed out. I took it into comp for my weekly three games and pulled the highest kd comp game i have every played. It was amazing.

When you break your ass landing too hard your gun dips down but it’s just visual .. the gun still shoots where your sight “should” be

You could build this for 3s by using Opening Shot or Elemental Capacitor. I think Keep Away is best tho for 3s as well.
If you go hard on AE, it can theoretically reach around 70 ae WITH stompees

My take is the gun is fantastic and has great synergy with the pvp tangle strand hunter builds. I love 120s and especially love my igny and I'm always going to be some sort of biased to it but I would def say this thing is easy number 2 as 120s go

Idk I've been loving my round robin with keep away + opening shot for 3v3. I have a pretty stacked adept igneous too (with the og celerity for stacked handling) so it's not like I haven't got a good comparison or anything. It just feels like I'm being gifted a lot more headshots with round robin compared to igneuous, probably due to the combination of keep away and opening shot jacking up the accuracy. They're both in different slots though so there's no real point in comparing the two since you can just use whichever one fits with your special weapon choice.

I am an opening shot stan. Opening shot on a 120 makes that 2H1B so much easier. Especially witb keep away kicking in accuracy as well, and both enhanced for the slightest even *more* accuracy. IMO the opening shot roll contends witb iggy
I’m with you there. I like having something that helps me going into my first fight and not being too reliant on a kill first. Mostly because I’m not slaying in Crucible like Wallah.

@@ilikemcury7528 would be if opening shot was active past the 1st bullet. But if you want to sub it out there’s also golden tricorn and kill clip. Personally I’m a GT guy but opening shot makes engagements so crispy
keep away elecap round robin has nearly the same stat sum as igneous, they're both great options for 3s tbh and you have more options for your special wep with rr

I wish bungie would add a new weapon mod called fast hands or quick hands. Something along those lines. We need something to increase the reload speed and handling of some weapon archetypes. 120s being targeted.
I just did the campaign on all 3 characters and deleted a character twice to get the red borders (I now have the pulse, grenade launcher, etc. as well). Too bad you don't get any red borders for the smg in the campaign

I love the idea of crafting but the red boarder drop rates and time it takes to level kills me so I’ll use my Keep Away Ele Cap roll the stats are actually great

Aztecross made a pretty good comparison between the two. TLDR Round Robin is far more lethal than Igneous Hammer, but Igneous Hammer is far more consistent and better for dueling/winning 1s. I for one 100% agree with that take, and it's likely why Igneous was never given KC as if it could two tap even after all the nerfs to 120s it would be unparalleled in it's archetype for a long time.

Considering igneous hammer is the only 120 that can get 100 handling 100 stability and 100 range, it is by far the best
this weapon practicly aims itself its amazing
I enjoy it but if I'm running a 120 in that slot I'm running surplus kill clip loud lullaby, it's so free
I got a something new. Its not amazing but its got harmony and when i pair it with lemonarc and it gets a kill it hits for 98 crit.

You don’t even need to run kill clip on this thing, there are a few better options that will actually help you, not just help you in 6s, which is what mainly makes igneous way better

Idk the Round Robin just feels better to me and seems to register headshots better than any Igneous Hammer I have. So I prefer the Round Robin.

Hello I’m a Jim but also really WHY does Igneous feel SO F$&@&$@ good right now? I have a quickdraw, moving targ roll with chambered and ricochet rounds (reload master work RIP also not adept) BUT seriously I’ve been CLAPPING comp with this thing. Kept it for so long and FINALLY taking it for a spin. My “main” igneous is now replaced by THIS igneous. Im so glad I kept so many rolls shhheesshhhhh *also ur the reason y I run the Dares sword in crucible for schovment wtf I didn’t even know this was a thing till watched ur vids*😂😂🎉🎉#JimCity🎉🎉🎉(yeah I suck at it atm but goddamn is it FUN)
