This bike weigh only 6.6kg. It’s a perfect companion to bring it overseas when you are on holiday to ride in the city and sightsee. I can’t understand why all the complaints about it?

I purchased one the only draw back was the saddle which was very uncomfortable to the backside and I am of medium weight so if your above medium weight I think it will be very very painful to ride.

I would never want to take the time to set this thing up before each time I rode it. Plus, I no longer trust aluminum framed portable bikes. I now prefer upgraded 80s skate bikes like the Minson as seen in my clips. I also have a Lerun with a Pedalflow back wheel installed.
why don't you trust aluminuim bikes?

I am thinking of getting one of these bikes for commuting around Chicago. I am wondering if this is a good choice? I love how small it is so I can carry it around while taking public transportation, but Im worried it might not be the most comfortable or fast way to ride.

I just bought one. Not a good choice. Those plastic joints connecting the bars feel brittle. Wheels are solid giving you hard rides that may quickly break the plastic joints. It seems you won't find a store to buy replacement parts. It's just a waste of money. I feel silly and dumb being an owner.

I brought the A-Bike Electric version, it is a good concept but the it is the most uncomfortable ride unless your road is concrete super smooth then it will be ok but on regular street roads or side walk it is terrible, also but because the electric portion is power assist pedalling so it will make it easier to pedal the bike but not the same as a full electric scooter, also the dual gear system is a great concept but it is a unidirectional system so pedal always spin along with the wheel, which means you can’t idle the pedals while the back wheel spins i tried on my ebike on the first few days, and it broke the gear system inside, and there is absolutely no support from anyone to fix the bike, i paid over $800 for the electric version and ride it for only 2 days, and then it is destroyed as no one can fix it and i can’t afford to replace the gear system. Please don’t consider buying this product, it is a cool looking bike but looks only, it is not durable and not functional, for regular proper use, it is an expensive toy, and not a proper commutable unit.

Your leg should be slightly bent when pedaling. Not straight but a little bend. Google it I’m sure they have an example of it. So all this guy would have to do is raise the seat more but I think he already did that in the video. If that’s the case then the bike is too small for him.

I bought one of those in 2009 as a stow on board for my boat when I dock at different ports on Lake Erie. I have only used it once, it is not comfortable or pleasant to ride, it really requires a high-grade asphalt surface for anything neat a smooth and stable ride. I pulled it out after being stored for 10 years and was going to sell it. The inner tubes had rotted. Still looking for replacement tubes.
