When I try to draw handsome anime boys they magically turn into kawaii girls.....
Omg, so relatable, try looking in pinterest for some pages of manga, it has been helping me a lot while drawing. overall in boys, the jawline start lower and is larger; the eyes are larger to the sides and less rounded. The clue, al least for me, are the ears, they are great guide lines to draw later the eyes and nose.

@@ngndnd I totally understand how you feel I got really discouraged. I'm glad the challenge is draw "something" lately I haven't been working people (tho that's the goal, even if it's anime style) I just draw an eye, some hands, I drew parts of a tree once lol... I think the important part is to draw something even if it's small or 'bad' at least we did it and "practice makes perfect" right? This might be an excuse but I watch a lot of anime lately and paused to stare at the faces I really like because I'm so so so bad at proportions! I think it kind of helps to look at those details instead of passively viewing! Good luck, let's improve together!!

Just drawing won't get you anywhere. Instead of just drawing the same thing over and over, understand how it works.
Drawing something repeatedly without understanding it is like hearing the same sentence over and over without listening to it. You won't understand it unless you pay attention.
Understand your mistakes and try to fix it on the next day.
(I'm doing this too so I thought I could share some advice. I'm sorry if it wasn't helpful, I'm not really good at this type of stuff)
