To get the metallic effect they need to be printed flat.

I have a bottle of the copper metallic from reprapper, but I'm having a cow of a time trying to get a print that doesn't stick to the fep film.
If you could share your settings, you'd be my hero :)
I'm using an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra, but any settings will give me a better starting point.
I'm trying with 40 seconds bottom exposure time, and 5 seconds for regular exposure.
I'm using stock settings with Chitubox,Only changed the settings recommended on resin bottle. I use Rain X on my fep and wipe off excess with blue shop towel.
@@3DHP I'm having the same issue as @meanboythecat. I've got Anycubic Photon Mono 4K, Photon M3, and Photon M3 Plus. All of them have Wham Bam flex plates on the print beds. The flex plates have been properly scored to increase print adhesion, yet I cannot get prints using this resin to stick to print completion. When using the metallic wine red, brass, and silver, they always let go at some point during the print, even on the settings you display in your video. I don't have this issue with other resins from RepRapper (they're my primary source of resin). I'd love to get the affects you've achieved with your prints, but I'm totally at a loss with this resin.
@@FoodForFlight My go to resin is usually Sunlu. But I have not resin printed in several months.
@@3DHP I don't have a single resin by Sunlu, nor have I ever tried one. I often see them promoted when I'm shopping for refills and they do seem to have quite a large assortment of color options. Have you found that they are easy to dial in?
@@FoodForFlight I just use there standard gray, pour and go,never needed to dial in. default settings.

hm i was goma buy this but doesnt really look metallic AT all so id rather just spray paint chrome i rhink thats the only true way to get metallic look, spraypaint, ill invest in really nice chrome spray paint
wow - i have been wanting to print with this for a while, and im glad i dont. i really wish the printed product looked like the liquid. bcuz the liquid color is AMAZING. but the final product is just DULL and not golden at all. the MODELS LOOK GREAT. its just the resin...
