I believe a medium would work fine but if you want a more oversized fit than ofc go for the large, the medium fit perfectly for me with the oversized look

Is the material thicker on the Heritage washed hoodie compared to the rest day essential hoodie? Whats the difference in the material and fit. What is your weight and height?

Yeah it is, I would recommend getting your usual size instead of sizing up like I did
