I haven't given Apex any money in over 2 years now, ever since they had the bug start where you didn't get coins you perchanced and it was a unfixed bug for months and months. The bug essentially let EA steal your money and there was nothing you could do about it, and if you had your credit card company fix the issues you would then have your account banned by EA. So EA was able to steal your money and if you did anything about it you risked losing your Apex account, that's when I decided I would quit giving them my money.
I lost everything. Love the game very much means a lot to me, but this game is broken Not spending any money on it until We can see it’s confirmed that the game is completely fixed with cheaters and people losing their account.
I never tend o buy things because, honestly, i cant be bothered, but the 'accounts being reset' thing was genuinely terrifying. I have lost three legends that i had previously unlocked, a lot of my cosmetics were taken from me, and my battle pass has been reset. I have a proposal. It may sound strange, but we are really tolerant enough to give them many opportunities. In the first years of Apex it was good because there were many bugs and really an option to enjoy the game (it was difficult in the past) In the last seasons, at least from season 16, it really seems that Rispoon and EA don't really care about the game, they are more interested in diverting as much money as possible and it sucks. Because what is happening here is that they put in half the effort for skins for 90 percent of them don't look really good and skins that are really good let us play in the lottery. My suggestion is not to enter the game for a whole week (like a demonstration) so that they will understand that there really is a really good game here for many years, maybe then they will understand and really start working

Yeah this season was exciting but this is really concerning. The amount of time I have been playing and I have gotten interference with server issues on consul has been kind of crazy. My stuff has not gotten reset and I logged on yesterday on console thankfully knock on wood but it is scary to think that all the money that I put into this game, it could just be gone within a second.
i spent $10 yesterday on packs so i could get crafting for my event pack, opened my event pack and got the gold car skin, i was pretty excited since i love the car, but my crafting materials are reset like i never got the pack, my money is still gone, my apex coins are still gone, and i dont have my skin, if they dont fix this im refunding my money and quitting the game, this isn’t okay
