- This is the marriage proposal to my daughter. This amazing young airman proposed to my daughter, Courtney immediately after his graduation ceremony for Air Force Basic Military Training @ Lackland AFB on May 23rd, 2014. To say she was surprised would be an understatement. It was a fantastic moment! This was a special time for me since I also officially retired from 24 years in the armed services 3 days later on Memorial Day. What a blessed time for both families! By the way.... She said YES!!!! :o)
I would hate to be proposed in such a large crowd. Congratulations to the couple!!

But yes, it is sad that I leave comments like that, but this video makes me sick because of the false image it still portrays. I look at this video and see the man I WANTED to marry and not the one I ended up marrying and later divorcing.
