We come across many afflictions and trials, sometimes in overwhelming sequences. Removing the darkness of these worries, distresses, depression and grief is a very important matter to which Islam gives serious attention…There are many authentic Dua’s and Supplication from Hadith which can help us remove anxieties according to Islam.
Prophet (sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam) as one of the “Da'waat al Makroob“, the supplications of the distressed.
اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَا أَنْتَ
Allahumma rahmataka arju fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'aynin wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu la ilaha ila anta
O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye, and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshiped except You.
Oh Allah, i hope for your mercy. Do not tire me of me even for a moment. place all my affair in order. there is no God but you.(Abu dawud 4/324)

Duniya is made to break our hearts brothers and sisters. Once you accept this I hope and pray it gives you the courage to get through this life and tests it brings- just as much hope as its given me having this knowledge. Everything is temporary to understand Islam fully you have to understand this is why we are told over and over not to get attached to anything or anyone here it's just heart break. Give ALL that love for 'someone' to Allah SWT and you shall receive all the rewards and blessings Insha'Allah. Everytime you think of that person or thing that's broken your heart direct that pain in remembrance of Allah SWT and feed your soul with prayer and if you don't feel the benefits straight away in your soul and heart pray again. Amongst all ask Allah SWT for forgiveness and say Astagfirulla Al Azeem because knowingly or unknowingly we are sinning all the time and what better way to get closer to Allah in time of need than to bow our heads to our Lord to seek that inner peace through repentance, then gratitude and then ask for what you need. I hope this makes sense- Allah forgive me if I have interpreted or said anything wrong.
Bless our ummah and bring us closer to you, guide us on the righteous path, give us strength to come forward to Salah for you my Lord and forgive our sins Ameen 🙏

I've been heartbroken for several months now. No one knows about what I am dealing with now, except Allah. I can't wait for this pain to be gone. But with sabr I know I will soon be better. Now I understand why this kind of relationship is haram, because it really hurts. In Shaa Allah, all of our broken hearts will be heal soon.
