the clover green is so ICONIC! I always find myself so drawn to it, but I'm never quite sure what I would use it for. Now I'm starting to think a cami. no. 7 in a green would be super wearable
I grew up going on holiday in the next door town to Collioure, called Banyuls! Hope it was great! It’s not a very well known place so that’s cool to find someone holidaying there 🌞
Omg I was just listening to the video in the background while I was knitting too and I heard the name of my city haha. I also did an Erasmus in Croatia and it was such a great experience, I hope yours is too !!!
Ahh that is so cool! Where in Croatia did you go for your Erasmus? I lived in Croatia for 11 months for my Erasmus European Solidarity Corps and had the best time ever. Can't wait to go to Grenoble 🥰
I Had covid in february (and all my familly too ) feel a little late to the party as well. Hope you will feel much better in a short time , for me the first days were the worst. My favorite knit designer at the moment is Stephen West , because i am in a Shawl phase and i love play with color so i am currently working on the botanic shawl by him. But i also been working in shrug base of a rectangle shape type of thing ... kind of a beta-version. Been watching and loving all your video! A lot of love and support from Reunion Island in the middle of Indian Ocean.
I'm working on learning how to knit just to be part of the club haha so far I liked but I'm so slow that sometimes I need to remind myself I'm going to improve some day 😅 my goal is to knit this camisole :)
For moving the best tip is get as many friends and family as possible! I recently helped someone move out of their appartment together with 5 other people and we did it in 2/3 hours!
The pink top looks so good! 🤍 I really like the style of wearing summer tops over t-shirts. I’m also working on a green summer top right now with crochet.
I wash my knits with shampoo. Some I use regular detergent if they can be machine washed. I also have some special no rinse wool washes which are good for more delicate items. You can use that by filling the washing machine with water, adding the wool wash, then soaking the blanket (or other large item). And finish by a spin cycle to get all the extra water out. I haven't had the covid yet! So, I am super late to the party. I'm not even there. And, I have a summer top cast on, a swatch for one freshly washed, and several socks that I'm not finishing. I want my needles back, so I have to finish something :P I"m starting with a sock since I am on the gusset and its top down, so I am really nearly there.
Yup, I was late to the covid party. Had it about 2 weeks ago. Thankfully, I had very mild symptoms. I enjoyed watching your video! I'm working on a few crochet pattern tests as I watch, and i wish you all the best in your travels and studies!
I'm working on two summer tops right now, a pink one, which is almost finished!, and a green one with fingering weight yarn. So that will probably take forever, but I think it will be worth it :)
Hi Lisa great video! And thank you for your insights with my question (about starting a CZcams channel) you gave me great food for thought! I think what is stopping is the fact I’m a teacher and I’m worried about students finding it and mocking me lol but I just need to think more on that! Currently I’m knitting my first pair of socks (vanilla/basic) pattern as you have inspired me!! Hope you feel better and fair play for lasting so long to finally get the Rona 😂😂
Ahh I can completely understand that! I know that High Fiber Knits is also a teacher so maybe she could give you some advise on having a knit channel and also dealing with students haha. And the socks sound so nice!
Dus fingers crossed!

Thank you 🥰 And I was pretty terrible at it, but I really enjoyed it so much, would love to pick it up again
