I am customizing and working with ertl farm toys. I am fairly sure they use semi-tubular rivets. I just can't find any manufacturers that don't make you buy several thousands of them at a pop.

As well as Tonka 's I wonder if it will work on the old vinyl car cases? I have been working on one but the only thing I could find was a leather rivet set and it isn't going super well I think this would work better

That is a great looking rivet tool! :) And it was really awesome of them to include a variety of rivets to work with...very nice indeed. :)
Just out of curiosity, how hard is it to turn when getting close to having the rivets fully set?
Definitely looking forward to the Tonka restoration videos, without a doubt! :)
