I get the Maverick in the shop to install the Ford Acc Thinkware Dash cam and also try out a Lasfit front LED turn signal bulb with great results :)

I took the GPS coordinates and found this intersection where the dump truck over turned. Street view in Google Earth is dated 3/2022, and you can see the darker spot where the asphalt landed and some gouges in the pavement left by the side of the truck. You also brought up another point. The fact that THESE Maverick trucks are being rear ended. Here is the reason why: People think "truck" okay a truck is so big and relatively, I still have enough time to brake to a stop. Since THIS truck is smaller than most, they don't realize that are that much closer to it. I figured this out this back when I had a 92 Civic Hatchback. People were always tail gating me, because they were not subconsciously factoring in that it wasn't just another car, it was a smaller version of an average car.

Hey David , Good thing you were not a car more forward where the Mercedes was at or your Mavrick would be a Co Part ha ha . I have been thinking about buying a camera set up for my TJ and my wife's JK . They sure can be handy not only on road but off road as well. Take care brother and catch you on your next video.

I do like the idea of the LED last fit they look like they’re a good quality thing. But one of my concerns are is if you have such a bright light coming into the oncoming traffic, what about blinding the driver that’s coming head on directly in the lanes headed your direction sometimes concerns me that they may be blinded and can’t see because the lighting on your vehicle is so extremely bright. I don’t know where the middle of the road would be for something like that but that’s just something I’ve thought about myself I do use the LED but I’m just wondering sometimes if it could be a such thing as being too bright.
Not sure the turn signals would blind you , it looks more dramatic with the camera than the eye I think. I really dislike the LED aftermarket headlights which certainly do blind folks -

Roughly 7.5 dollars per Us gallon for gas ,diesel is about or over 8 dollars very dear,but we have smaller engine cars in general ,2 litres is called a big engine in UK ,our car is doing 57 m.p.g

Great video like always! I actually have the Thinkware f200 pro with a GPS and the rear camera and I had it installed at Best buy. I don't know if there's a difference between yours and mine, but mine has a parked recording feature which records on the vehicle is off. But, want to have this feature enabled it draws too much on the battery and gives me a low battery warning, and then some of my other standard features like interior lights and touchless entry do not work. I have an appointment at the dealership to see if they can determine what the problem is. have you or anyone you know experience the same problem, and do you know what to fix would be? Thanks

Hi I’m having issues w complete Lasfit bulb kit on 23 Lariat Maverick. Turn signal flasher has gone crazy fast flashing, sometimes intermittent w/noise then wo noise? I’m not to satisfied. Also lower front marker side lights blew out after very short time? Any suggestions please help. Thanks in advance

Wouldn't it be so much easier if they just made the dash cams wireless? Of course then the dealer might loose out on the big bucks they charge for an install.

I have A Maverick Lariat with luxury, pilot 360 with adaptive cruse. When I am going around A gradual curve to the right my radar will pick up A car in the other lain coming toward me and slam on the brakes. That could be why they are being rear ended. I need to cancel the cruise in A situation like that.

The camera installation is great! The LEDs are way too bright and would easily blind me.
lASFIT is not the best you can get 😂😂 they are the bottom line entry level into aftermarket lighting. Quit lying to people man 😂😂
