How to make a Midori type Traveler's Notebook with inserts

The process is quite simple and self-explanatory.
To get start, you need some materials and tools:
Leather - I use crazy horse leather, 21x15 cm
Inserts - 3 refills with size 14x9cm
Elastic Band - about 1.5m length
Scissors
Ruler
Awl / Hold Punch - approximately 2mm
Needle & string
