- This a traditional Lutheran Christian Hymn sung as a four-part acappella male choir arrangement. You may recognize these songs from church sung during communion. Holy Communion is a sacrament in the church where we remember the sacrifice that Christ made for us in his crucifixion. Before Christ was betrayed, He broke bread with His disciples and told them to do the same in remembrance of Him. Christians still practice this sacrament in God's name, and through this sacrament God's blessing enters our lives. We then go forward serving others as Christ did during Holy Communion. Use this music for sight reading practice, hymn sings, easy listening, sheet music for accompaniment, worship services, choir practice, church events, and religious sacred music study! The hymns were composed and lyricized by masters much more skilled than myself, but it is my voice on all vocal parts. My hope is that the accessibility of these traditional hymns will bring you enjoyment, inspiration, and also arm you with a practical resource in your musical journey. S. D. G.!

LYRICS:
1.) O bread of life from heaven,
O food to pilgrims given,
O manna from above:
feed with the blessed sweetness
of your divine completeness
the souls that want and need your love.
2.) O fount of grace redeeming,
O river ever streaming
from Jesus' wounded side:
come now, your love bestowing
on thirsting souls, and flowing
till all are fully satisfied.
3.) We love you, Jesus, tender,
in all your hidden splendor
within these means of grace.
Oh, let the veil be riven,
and our clear eye in heaven
behold your glory face to face. - Hudba
