PSM II will almost always give you the upper hand over a fellow job applicant with just a PSM I, or even worse a CSM.

The first step is passing such certifications with a high score.

I have 4 years experience with botched/butchered/modified Scrum in 2 organizations, although I wasn't the Scrum master there, sometimes I acted as a small team lead. I'm interested in Scrum, I have passed PSM 1. Is PSM 2 certification the right choice for me ?
I can't really say without more details. If you are not currently a Scrum Master or not super interested in Scrum, maybe consider other certifications as well. It is your decision.

You are welcome. Everybody is different. Probably 1-3 months is a good time. Possible also faster if you are really focused. Focus on learning not on such aspects.

Should I study the Nexus Guide for PSM II?
It won't hurt to know the basics around scaling Scrum but the exam itself won't ask Nexus specific questions.

@@vdespa In India , it doesn't cost 1000 Dollars. CSM Training and exam starts from 225 Dollars onwards. The training classes with certification coupons are quiet cheaper here.

If it was that hard of an exam,we wouldn't have around 15000 + pms2 professionals...though i do not doubt your intention,but you are demotivating me and scaring the shit out of me for taking/thinking about taking up the exam...
Good information but I couldn't watch till the end. Too many ads, once every 3minutes it breaks the flow and is really annoying. Plus the first ad was for some drop shipping MLM thing. I nearly quit the video just because of this ad
