Amazing house , but I'll NEVER understand why you would spend $8M to be 30' from your neighbors????? What if they turn out to be assholes who call the police anytime your party runs past 10pm?? Spend 6M on the house and 2M on a fenced 20 acres! Absolute no-brainer!
