Love the shorter style walk through. Since so many of the units have pretty much the same under storage layout, it's nice to have a video that just skips straight to the inside.
Definitely agree. Unless something custom is in the basement, no need keep rehashing those bays.

For $2.5 million…I’d expect cabling and wiring be in some kind of conduit or painted on the roof so it’s hidden and out of sight out of mind
Yeah, I was about to post a similar comment. How well is all that exposed cabling going to last through multiple seasons of harsh sunlight, rain, snow, and icing? For $2.5 million I would expect better quality and more conscientious construction. I guess that since most buyers probably pay a lot more attention to the flashy, sparkly interior that that's where the manufacturer focusses its attention on rather than on the reliability and longevity of the wiring on the roof. It does make me wonder, though, if the manufacturer is equally lax about the reliability, longevity, and quality of all of the other electrical and mechanical systems on this RV which are hidden from view.
Agreed; I would demand all that roof wiring piping etc be encased inside an accessible roof cavity or some kind of roof bulkhead.
These are usually parked in resorts with roofing that these coaches can easily park under. It should only be an issue for avid travelers and I'm sure they can easily implement covering for them is you ask for it
Thanks for the drone shots of the roof. It says a lot of good about Newell. The interior is amazing but I don't need two full bathrooms - one full and the other as a half bath.

It's done to minimize the number of holes in the roof. All of the wires reach the roof from an elevated area near the front.
