This video is all about the differences between customer return charges and courier return charges which is being charged from Flipkart sellers.
Initially, I've explained the difference between Courier Returns, also known as RTO (Return To Origin), and Customer Returns, also known as RPU (Reverse PickUp).
Then, I've mentioned all the seller return charges which Flipkart charges from its sellers, whether it is a case of courier return or a customer return from a buyer.
I'm sure you won't find this kind of detailed video that clearly states the exact charges which Flipkart deducts from its sellers.
