Very relaxing your video, so natural. I too use a lot of oil bcuz of high dryness n my favourite is BIO OIL....which remove wrinkles, dark spot ect . I'm using it since long, I'm 58 but but my dermatologue don't believe my age. But bio oil must not be applied on pimples n broken or cut skin. Second oil is badam oil n for hair argan oil n therapeutic bio oil.

In my starting days of Delhi me padhai se jyada unki fikr jyada hoti thi but ab lagta jaldi cse clear ho unke sath rahna hai.

For facial when I cook I used carrot juice or beetroot juice on my face, n for scrub I used tomato juice mix with raw milk or powder milk with sugar n mask coffee, milk n honey add a vit E leave it 20 mins.
