We need to give more time to codies.. i know they are capable of doing more with this franchise
I like it more the WRC Generation , graphics, physics, routes, sound.
Physics in EA WRC are very good, all i care tbh so i am happy!
I have both games WRC generations are more fun and we all play video games to have fun.
In EA WRC, the wetness of the ground is not noticeable at all.

only generations can hold up to ea wrc in my opinion, dirt 4 however is still great
I really dont freaking get KT seems uses Same Method As codemasters way record car sounds.
But launch sound quality is abysmal
i play both. wrcg the physics is way better than ea wrc with the right pivot. but ea wrc has a better ffb on the wheel. thats it. i hope ea wrc throw away the arcade pivot.
I have had the EA WRC since its release and yesterday I decided to return to the WRC GENERATIONS, I have returned to the store to return the EA WRC.
Cool, but it would be much more useful to know why you returned the game to the store.
@@imagineracer Los gráficos del EA WRC son horribles con texturas muy malas y vegetación que ni siquiera reacciona y atraviesa el interior del coche como en la época de PS2, las etapas muy aburridas y de aspecto repetitivo, simples de diseño y vacías de vida. Los menús del EA WRC son sosos y los coches dejan mucho que desear, lo uno que me gustó fue el sonido pero nada más, me devolvieron el importe integro en la tienda, tuve suerte.
@@CELAESPOWWAyou must be trolling, generations doesn't even compare to codemasters wrc in graphics, and don't even get me started with the physics. But menu's? Come on mate, we're here to race, not obsess over menu's. But hey if you said you like generation's because it's is more arcadey with its physics, making the game easier and more fun to play then I completely get it.

@@ninjachub5427 I have both games. Indeed wrc genrations looks miles better, but EA WRC seems to have a more fun/easier handling.
With fanatec csl dd wrc generation is more pleasure and fun to driving.

Think you should do another comparison with cockpit view. Chase cams look so horrible honestly. Otherwise yeah, EA WRC is masterclass. Gen is a massive disappointment and KT screwed their fanbase with Gen. Was a cash grab nothing more. Stages look amazing but they are fictional and that's that. Everything else is lackluster and the sounds are horrible.

I disagree only on the weather, true it doesn't look good as DR 2.0 right now, but the clouds are alive in this game and looks great, plus it isn't storming like in Generations, where the trees are all shaking like crazy, only plus for Generations right now is that it had water puddles. Great video by the way
Stage appearance is the weakest point of EA WRC, they all feel very lonely.
As for physics i would say EA WRC nailed FFB but physic is better in Generations.
@@marc-andrehogue114 if they add random events , it will feel more alive, besides that, I think they are sparing data by leaving for example less trees in the environment.
Stopped reading at "Graphics\Stage Appearance: " EA WRC stages are literally empty. There is 0 atmosphere. I wouldn't know there is a rally on this road if it wasn't the name of the game.
@@Pupixario In what game stages are empty? Lol, looks like we were playing different games. It was stuttering launch, very shitty situation, but stages are prety good here.

EA WRC is so boring. I went back to Generations. 150 hours played and it's still so much fun.

EA ruins everything it touches. Give it time.
Generations is one of the worst WRC games of all time, all cosmetic, sounds thou got better than WRC 10. they still mediocre, the Rally1 Toyota sound is a joke. There is no surface degradation, tarmac feels good but gravel is just a painted tarmac stage and slippery, you feel almost nothing from surface. Handbrake is the worst. There is no custom champioship, in career mode you can only start in the WRC 2 or Junior, not in the WRC. EA Sports WRC is unfinished but still better than this.For the record WRC 9 was the better than this and WRC 10.
Wrc generations has a really arcady physics and also the sounds are not even close to the actual wrc cars sounds. Ea sports wrc is far better realistically-wise and sound-wise.
