Notice how he lands airs in transition?! They look so much better that way and you keep speed going. The "air guys" on tour do big airs but land in the flats.........not nearly as cool.
Tour surfing is dull, extremely and unbelievably boring. They focus on wasting an entire wave just to do a single full rotation in the end. Few people got style on this shit. My favorite being JJF, surfs like a fucking alien but does it all with smoothy style

I'd love to see Noa surf Rusty's The Blade. See vids of Letty Mortensen on it. I love the how the Blade styles-surfs as long as the volume is adequate. Pama Jeffries Blade vid is on a board that looks too low volume, lacks the rail drive which a little more volume gives and which looks bitchin.
