Swapping in Rhino 2.0 Axles 0n a RZR

Today we swap in a set of Rhino 2.0 rear axles on a 2018 RZR turbo. Different years and models should be the same.

Thanks for the tips on the install, I just put 2 new Rhino 2.0 rear axles on my '16 1000XP about a week ago and I love 'em....hate to critique but you should have stuffed a rag or something in your diff opening while you were grinding....ok rant over,,,continue,,,🙃

Where is the best location to jack it up? I’m currently in the process of removing an axle… the trailing arm likes to sway. Lol I’m thinking about moving the jack to the back middle but wasn’t sure what the most secure spot is.

So we normally take a block of wood and put it on top of a floor jack and jack up from the center on the skid plate near the front or rear of the machine and then you can get it up enough to take the tires off and peel everything apart Hopefully this helps thanks for watching

Perfect so far!! It seems the key is not to stay on the throttle when landing off a jump.

@@utvoutlaws6652 Ya, that seems to be pretty much typ. of any axle. I was just wondering if these rhino 2.0's are really any better than OEM.
