Good morning Bob and Mel. That's good news on cassava. You really need just one cane to do well. You should have more than a dozen or two to plant for next season.
You should also take into accout the nutrition of the fruit. Peppers have the highest Vitamin C content of all the veggys. I like throwing them in my veggy shakes. Seeds and all.
