She speaks well and I agree with her position on the Israel/Palestine conflict, but she has too many failed ministries which forms the bulk of her resume. Positions of power and authority are ONLY for those who have PROVEN their competence and NOT those with educated sounding accents. Talking a great deal and doing a great deal are two very different things. Our country is in a mess because the current ruling powers does not celebrate a culture of DOING, unfortunately.

@nuhuirigo how do you come to such a conclusion? She is an effective Foreign Minister but elections are won on the domestic front, addressing local concerns. A charm offensive on international stage might give you brownie points amongst the international audience and policy hawks or doves but they have no vote. International relations for many voters especially on the lower rungs in the hierarchy of needs is just a sound bite, it’s not even a course, not even an appetiser, a garnish at best. If taking a view to stand in solidarity with one international cause or the other does not put food on the table, provide clean water & reliable and affordable energy, create jobs, provide good health care and education, fight crime & keep people and their property safe etc then it’s a damp squib. For these are the issues that win you elections.
