You meet up with the cute vampire you met on the bloodbuddies app at the bar. She is quite the treat to look at, and has a great personality too! But it seems she is a little confused on your intentions for meeting up, as well as the pace you want to take this at!

I've seen it used before in the videos of others, though some of the names right now do not come to mind. But I felt like it would enhance the experience of this audio roleplay!
Either way I am really happy with how it turned out and what I produced. So of course, I hope you all like this video just as much! And I will see you all on thursday!

👀And this makes three unique vampire audios. Both from each other and from the norm. One where it doesn’t feel good at all, one with a fruit bat and now this. Something showing just how much vampires have changed since the Middle Ages.
3? Ive done a few more then 3. If we count tale of blood series as 1 thing. Otherwise its into the twenties
this was really good: has more explanations about character/species, understanding each other and a really good set pace of the story. understanding each other to be something more is key. i will have to hear more of this 1 to hear what happened next

Hmm the app should suggest that the human can put the blood either in a bag or cup for the vampire that way the human won’t get bit and turned into a vampire
Humans in this world dont turn into vampires by a bite. Its by drinking vampires blood. So no biting the vamp and you will be fine! (Based on the original dracula)
Well, how bout' that? This left me pleasantly surprised! I thought I would be more put off by the unrealistic setting (me in a bar come on), but It was surprisingly immersive. Your voice resonates in harmony with my ears as well: it's a balance between high pitch but good pronunciation, accent and volume idk how to explain it in a few words. And also, good job on the music. Sure, there are lots of things to improve but this is entertaining nevertheless. Thanks for taking the time.

@@LapideVoice Wait what? Did you actually ask that?! o_O I'm so surprised! Usually, when I tell people to improve they take it the wrong way omg. You really are something else. Look, I don't want to be a partypooper or "that" guy. Most of these I noticed when listening for the first time but I didn't want to be rude. I am just gonna answer your question (THE NERD GETTING CRITICAL RUNN FOR YOUR LIVES!!) Here's what I noticed:
1. You put "Asmr" in the title, but it's not. It's more of a "voice performance" or "role-play". Asmr is supposed to be soothing, slow paced and relaxing. You know, to help you sleep! Yet, even though your voice is soothing, it's not relaxing enough to be considered "ASMR" in my opinion.
2. In the beginning, I notice you have some trouble with the pauses between dialogues. When the vampire is finishing her inner monologue (or talking to herself out loud), you lower the volume on your voice and then when she adresses the bartender, you raise it again. That's a good transition! It communicates to the listener that she finished talking with herself and now she is addressing another person, but to my ear, it still sounds a bit odd. It can easily be fixed with a longer pause. The same with when she takes the drink. Between this vampire (I know she has a name but I honestly don't understand it xD) assuming that the bartender gave her a drink on the house and the "Hm? From another person? Where are they?" AND the following "Well, hello there!" the pauses are a little too short. It's not a bad thing to slow the pace a little. It's actually a very positive thing! Especially if this is supposed to be ASMR. Also, I liked the word play you used: "What is this for? For making me...? Wait..." The listener did make her wait, but it has a double meaning. Pretty clever!
3. The choice of music is very good. You are clearly going for a relaxing and cozy (at least in the beginning because halfway through, the music starts BLASTING. I heard a lot of drum cymbals) atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the warm and wholesome interchange between the vampire and the listener (you know,; breaking stereotypes, the compliments, the fact that she doesn't mean harm, the fact that they know each other little by little, the politeness of the two parts which gets more progressive until eventually they trust each other enough, etc). However, it's a little bit too loud. The talking in the background as well. Your voice has to be the primary focus, and sometimes, it's tough to determine what you're saying because of the music, forcing the listener to turn the volume all the way up, AND THAT'S A RED FLAG! You know, because it's Asmr. I am not saying that you should get rid of it. It's a GREAT detail, after all! Just, next time, try to balance your voice and the secondary audio a little better. The ear is selective, you know? Or maybe that's just me, I'm sorry my ears were sensitive pretty much all my life :/
4. Ok, so this is clearly a vampire that has been alive for... hundreds of years? I love that kind of character! And you do a good job at giving her a "medieval" vocabulary and manners. Still, there are some instances in which her English is too modern. Sometimes she says things like "Did we not?" instead of "didn't we?", which is a huge detail that I appreciate! But sometimes she says things like "I'm sorry" instead of "I am sorry/I apologize" or "I'd advise" instead of "I would advice". Now, that can be justified with the fact that she hears people talking like that a lot and it sticked with her, or maybe she wants to be closer to modern people, and while it's still jarring for my ear, I would understand and ignore it for the sake of enjoyment. However, this gets a little more serious when she says things like "Giving them a heads up" or " Common sense AIN'T common" "More to get the kick out of being fed of", "I'm not too picky", etc.
5. You stumble a little bit in your speaking. When you do, your volume and tone falters and changes slightly (like I said, sensitive ears, im sorry). It's usually not too serious, but the most grave example is between 7:30 and 7:44. You make a mistake in pronunciation and, by the tone of your voice, you noticed and you wanted to pick yourself up immediately afterwards, altering the consistency of the tone. Also, another mini thing: it would help a lot to add more sound effects to help with the transitions. If you struggle with the pauses, for example, like when talking to a bartender, then pick up a glass and slide it on a table. That way, the listener goes "Oh. Someone gave her a drink". And they don't get confused or don't have to rewind the video to understand what happened. It's ideal that your message is understood the first time it's listened too!

So a dating app for vampires looking for blood and humans looking to donate. A very neat idea. Shame she’s been ghosted a lot. She’s very considerate in looking out for our wellbeing.
Now my dating app experience is nonexistent, but I’ve heard of how many people use them for a quick dash of fun instead of building something long term. Neat to have that parallel here.
It is indeed a parallel. This story was inspired by a classmate of mine who was stood up by someone from a dating app. It sparked a story and out came this tale!

The background music worked super well imo! ^^ perhaps a bit too loud in comparison to the voice audio, but nothing too serious. Also, your choice of music was really fun--it felt like playing a dating sim or an RPG. Idk, it made me think of the social interaction parts of the Persona games

This actually answers some of my previous questions and sparks anothers. The thing with the cortisol hormone used as a defense mecanism for humans against the predation of the vampires is brilliant !!

Knowing that the endocrine sistem relises the hormons in the blood stream (thus why the vampire can taste it)
Does adrenaline also make the blood taste bad or weird?
Does dopamine, endorphines, serotinine and the other Happy hormones make the blood taste better?
Soooo many questions floating in my head now.

So i do think that vampires can taste different hormones but I think it is up to personal preference. Like how some ppl prefer sweets over savory snacks

This was an amazing audio! I always love a good vampire audio! The music was nice, but it was a little loud compared to your voice and I say this in the nicest way I can.
