    Hi Nicole. Thanks for the tutorial. I find this check box still confusing, as on the "Keyword List" we can (by right clicking and "Edit" a keyword parent), check or uncheck the box "include on export". I did a couple of try, and the box "include on export" works above the "Write keywords as Lightroom hierarchy" 😵‍💫

    Not sure what version you are using, but it does not work like you have explained.. in fact you dont even show the end result.
    Rather you click hierarchy or not, the category keyword WILL export that category keyword!
    To NOT export a category keyword, right click and edit THAT category keyword and untick "Include On Export".
    you can see this setting at @0:39 in your video.
