- I got some video/audio of the actresses that have played Boleyn in Six singing the last chorus of "Don't Lose Ur Head". If I don't have a certain actress in here, it's because I couldn't find any video/audio of them. None of the footage is mine. Credit goes to their rightful owners

I honestly liked how Andrea portrayed Anne, it’s maybe not historically accurate but it really does work for the musical. She uses this nasally joke voice that still works and stands out character wise, it makes jokes in the song land better (the sorry not sorry about what I said is actually funny), her voice is different then the British accent of the first wife so she makes a joke by mocking her accent with “don’t be bitAH becAOUS am fEETAH”, and she’s the shortest one in the cast so the “little one” has a double meaning of her being younger than the first wife and because she’s literally short. Andrea found character choices in Anne and really fleshed out the song, making it not just a song performance but truly a character performance.
ikr when i first listen to six i only found millie then i found adrea's and i cant listen to other anne's after that its like she livened up the anne boleyn characater for me

Saw here 2nd row in Chicago and her vocals and portrayal are distinctively different and comedy is brilliant. I could see a Tony nomination because she is a standout.

I don’t hate the US cast I just find the songs sound so weird with an American accent. Doesn’t help the characters are super British and the accents the uk actors gave them really helped convey the mood of the play.

My favorite is definitely Andrea. When I heard her version of the song, I can no longer just listen to the original without longing for her to be the vocals.

I love the way Andrea portrays her, it's like a mischievous little sister when she does it. And the way she sings too, CHEFS KISS! I like Millie, but to me I don't like the way she plays Boleyn. I just like her as a person and I always find myself watching her Instagram lives haha
The only thing I don’t like is the way she talks. But everything else is absolutely perfect.

Rebecca Aldana Wilson her voice being annoying is a character choice, her real voice doesn't sound like that. I understand the complaint though. As for fitting the role, I think she has a different take on Anne. It's less "rebellious teen" and more "bratty child", which I personally think works really well with Anne, but I respect your opinion nonetheless. I do think you should check out her CZcams channel because she posts a lot of songs and her voice sounds totally different. I also love her vocals at the end, especially on "hell" and "said".
•Millie hits different but her jumping around makes her not sound that good after a while (still love her)

Andrea is my favorite. The part of: 'And the little one said' fits her perfectly. Her singing is feisty and fun.
Personally I think that Millie fits her character so well, and the ending of Andrea’s gave me chills. Both of those have to be my favorites.

Everyone has Millie as favorite and it’s so sad that we don’t have as many footage of Christina and because of that no one appreciate her amazing talent, she made Anne alive and her performances are so full of joy and she is so underrated, I love the cast recording. For me it’s Christina’s voices what make me fall in love with this show

I actually love how Andrea doesn't fall to the "sorry nOt sorry" and decided to use high notes instead it makes her more unique. in my opinion.
Andrea's singing voice is more fitting for the song, but Millie's character was the most fitting for Anne Boleyn
But Anne was French.. really none of them can TRULY suit Anne Boleyn -- Although I'd say if we modernized her we'd get similar energy to Andrea's performance.

I agree. As good as her voice is, I just don’t understand all of the hype?? I just don’t feel like she really fits the role (no hate towards her, she’s still an amazing singer).

Andrea really spoiled me when I first saw her. None of the other girls were as funny are entertaining to me as her, and I always end up searching for things Andrea did for Anne that the other girls didn't. To me, Andrea's delivery of: "I guess, he really liked my head" is still the best since she did it so funny and every other girl kinda looks awkward to me now. Totally a fault of mine but damn I just love that woman!

Andrea started the “I’m not sorry” and people saw and loved it and now have created the trend. Andrea recently did a IG Story acknowledging that she was the one who started it

I love Andrea she is the epitome of drama queen that Anne Boleyn is
this song is purposefully designed to be comedic. that's why it's important for the character to portray it as such. they're all great singers but the one that stood out for me is Andrea's Anne because of the bits of comedic elements that she puts throughout the song and the energy that she brings. the thing about musical theatre is that you need to be able to connect to the audience with what you're singing by conveying the song well. singing isn't that exciting in musical theatre without convincing acting.
Argument: "I don't like her because she doesn't do it with a British accent. It doesn't fit the character."
It would've been understandable if you just said that she's not your cup of tea (Very Bri'ish) but to be critical about someone's accent just to stay true to the original cast is a bit too far. If that's the case, then I would've petitioned for King George from Hamilton to have a British accent as well. Besides the reason the West End casts have British accents is because they're British in the first place so it's natural for them to use their accents.

Well I supposed you're there back in 1536 to see Anne's execution as well as judge her personality. They're acting out historical figures. Also they only have a rough guide for the personality of their roles and besides they also have to put their own twist to it. Come on you guys.

I love how Millie portrays Boleyn, and the personality she brings across. She really lights up the stage and makes everything seem so fun, which matches the style of the song. I always enjoy every single performance of hers. She has this tone and attitude to her voice that really colours the song imo.

Ngl I never understand the Millie hype. Offstage I love her, and she’s a great actress overall, I just never liked Boleyn while she played her. I think people are just used to her. She feels so forced to me. Other boleyns seem to be much more natural with the acting. I won’t mention actual vocals because we know some boleyns are just strong vocal wise. Still love Millie, I will just never understand the treating like God part.

ALL of them are amazing don’t get me wrong, and they all play it completely differently (or for the alternates play it similar to a certain full timer). Christina and Maddison really get the flirty side of the character, Millie, Cherelle, and Courtney (Stapleton) really gets the “fun” side of the character, Andrea and Courtney (Bowman) really get the innocent and “cute” almost side of the character, and Collette REALLY nails the confident side of the character :)

andrea was the first boleyn i ever heard, so of course she’s my favorite. but i actually do love her voice. she hits the high notes so effortlessly, whereas i’ve noticed that a lot of the other boleyn’s also kill it, but it takes a bit more effort. just my two cents. if you disagree please do so respectfully.
