Hi, we have a LA SAN MARCO Leva. Do you know how to get the portafilter in without it falling out during grinding? (yes, the height is adjusted)

LA SAN MARCO is one of very few espresso machine manufacturers that employ portafilters with a separated piece on their backside that currently causes fitting issues to the E65S GbW portafilter holder. This instance has been already been addressed by our technical team but requires a tooling change that will take a few weeks to complete. Once finished, also LA SAN MARCO portafilters will function without issues with the E65S GbW.
