The International (European, Asian, etc.) Physique divisions are so much sexier than the (new) U.S. IFBB/NPC divisions. However, there are some U.S. natural bodybuilding organizations that do follow suit with International standards. The International divisions allow women to wear accessories, heels and various bikini styles, which to me is incredibly sexy for the sport of women's bodybuilding.
