this band is so inspiring, not only for the japanese metalcore scene, but for the worldwide scene, i hope they inspire even more japanese bands to break out the walls

I just came home from a 3 year tour in Japan and this speaks so much truth.
They have provided such a positive outlet for the Japanese scene. I was fortunate to see them a few times and they always promoted younger artists there.
There is already heaps of decent Japanese metalcore bands there has bee for years... get of youtuube

I saw them live a few months ago with Polaris in Australia NSW. Never heard of them prior and they were fucking the best thing that night... outstanding live performance honestly.

CrystalLakeは歌詞が暗いけどどこか前向きになる。Sanctuaryはメロディーもさながら歌詞も最高。聴くたび頑張って生きようってなるし体が動く。俺にとってはこの曲がPeace of Mindです。

I had the privilege of getting to see these guys last year live at Download. They started a circle pit in a tent. Absolutely insane experience.
Incredibly underrated band who deserve more recognition. I'm glad they are starting to get what they deserve. Ryo's feature on Coldrain's "Mayday" is probably helping as well. His screams are just top notch.

Best birthday ever was being on the same stage as these guys as they warmed up in Ottawa canada. I went to the show early and was in the right place at the right time and wound up on stage watching them rehearse for few minutes, one of the best and surreal days of my life.

Hands down, the best live performance band I have ever seen! Perfect technique, high interaction with the crowd and after their performance still had time to sell their own merch and have a chat with fans. I´m really happy they get more recognition now :)

I hope these guys get the recognition Crossfaith deserved 10 years ago. The track they did with Kenta Koie was fire, and the Japanese metal scene overall has been slept on by western audiences for far too long. Crystal Lake might just be the ones to break down the barriers.
Bands like Dir En Grey, The Gazette, and Maximum the Hormone have had their niche fans over the years, but I'd love to see more international notice for what are honestly some of the best artists I've ever heard.

Not really but they are very solid. And surprisingly one of the Japanese metalcore bands that has massive worldwide support. Japan has so many different metalcore acts but Crystal Lake is probably the one everyone talks about the most

For anyone wondering if their actual shows are like what are shown in this music video, yes. They are truly one of the best acts I have ever seen live, and would give my left arm over to meet them live and see them over and over again any month of the year. I cannot express how amazing this band's live performance is
I first saw them as supporting act for a Amity Affliction concert. There were 4 bands playing that night but to be honest CL blew my mind - their energy was amazing and this clearly was one of the best concerts i've been to! Big fan since then!
i consider it special, when the supporting act impresses more than the main act (just my opinion) :)
I Love these guys since they released "Cubes" but i never had the chance to see them live until Full Force Festival 19. Seriously these guys are one of the best life Bands for me. Not cause they make a giant show with fireworks and giant stages but cause they life theire music. Never saw so much energy and passion before. Never stop making music! Greetings from Germany!

That show in Madrid was one of the most intense moments in my life. Went there from another city by my own after two months of traveling, training, and working. Was absolutely exhausted even before getting in, but it was worth it. And heck yeah, there I am at 1:12.

I was able to see them on this tour, it was brilliant.
Really minor detail but the choir vocals spread throughout the song from the intro (Example: 0:48) Really elevate how pretty the whole thing is. Tiny things like that can somehow make a song even better by a large margin.
