While most OPM songs today are being centered on relationships (millennial love) and other materialistic things, it's good that there are still OPM songs that are willing to talks about societal issues like this, that for the most parts, are being overshadowed and overlooked.

I don’t wanna compare the band to foreign artists out there and I just wanna say that I’m proud of bita and the botflies by not just being edgy and trendy. I’ve love them since I listened to Sisikat ka iha and I love how they can portray the problems from real situations to artistic songs. I love how it is very aesthetically pleasing and dark at the same time. Kudos to this band!!! Keep it up, we are here to support your albums!!
Speaking of sound, kayang-kaya nilang makipagcompete sa foreign artists lalo na sa mga magagaling pero hindi sikat. Kaya naman pala natin na hindi gumawa nang puro trap o slow rock eh. Nakakairita kasi. Lahat ng banda sa mainstream tunog December Ave tsaka XB tapos may mga ganitong artists na iba ang tunog pero ayaw pasikatin ng media.
TopkekCeceli lagi kasing pop or trap yung mga finifeature sa mainstream media. Hindi naeexpand yung taste ng music ng generation ngayon since yun lang yung genre na sanay. I’m really sad that they’re prioritizing yung hindi unique kasi they would still choose yung catchy-pop-ish pero I don’t know. It’s they’re choice :(

Peklat cream is a double entendre. It is about abuse and entrapment in a relationship.
The cream symbolises the deep wanting to fix what is broken, albeit on a superficial level.
It hides scars from plain sight, but does nothing to address deeper issues.
In a way, wearing make-up is blaming yourself for your own behaviour.

This and Syd Hartha's Ayaw are on a whole another level of somgwriting. Several notches higher than than the mainstream OPM right now. Kudos to the band! Keep them coming!

I love the concept and meaning of this song. It tells us how men looks down on women on the 50s and 60s mostly. Its about how they abuse their wives and how they think they have no power over men.
I'm pretty sure 50s and 60s look are just for aesthetic, cause these type of things still happening even today.
