Lots of these pregnancy yoga videos are so slow and easy. This was a nice challenging workout, I loved the faster flow section.

As an advanced practitioner at 34 weeks, one of my favorite classes! Really interesting, slightly unusual flow. Strong but not too fast, which is a tough balance with prenatal classes. Thank you!

I’ve consistently been doing Travis Yoga for the past 2 years and his videos are the only videos I do. The moment I got pregnant, I felt sad that I couldn’t do Travis’ Power Yoga anymore. Enjoyed the flow! My mind and heart was filled with gratitude as I went through this flow. Just loved it! Thank you! One question: why are you doing the kegels on the inhale? I learnt to to them on the exhale so it's insinc with the movement of the diaphram (inhale it goes down).
Now one year later it's 12 days before my son was born. It was the most intense experience I have ever had. Now we are alone, I had to leave his father because of drugs, alcohol and abuse. And I can't understand it. It was a present of God and it still is. May I one day understand and accept it as it has come. I hope I have done the right thing. Thank you

This was so lovely Lauren. As a prenatal yoga teacher myself, I find I just want to turn my teacher head off, receive the practice from another skillful instructor, and be led through my own pregnancy. The keep ups and kegel practices and verbiage are so familiar to me that I wonder if we took the same Prenatal YTT?! Thank you so much. I will be grabbing your 40 week program.

It was not suitable for 3rd trimester. Especially on transitions like warrior to downward dog, she steps only once but my belly was really on the way so I had to do it in a few more little steps. So I was left behind most of the time. I guess I’m not advanced 🤦🏻♀️

I've got sick the day after practice. My shoulders and neck are painful and I feel awfully because of it. That is not what I expected from power practice. I wanted it to make me strong, not sick. Disappointed. And I can't even use painkiller or inflame reducers to help my neck nerves to restore because of pregnancy. It was worst experience with prenatal yoga ever. You would better add note, that women with problem neck (I believe a lot of them exist in our computer era) should avoid this staying power arm exercise.
