- Simple pipe fitting tips and tricks
Me and JOSE build a small jumper line from the flow arm to the flow line.
That involves Welding cushion tees Taking some simple measurements and going through the take offs for fittings. I’m not a Welding Inspector… They are Dorks .who would want to be a Welding Inspector? And I’m damn sure not a safety man. I’m just a welder trying to teach other people how to weld.

Chris...really enjoy the teaching style and simplicity. Been around construction most of my life and looking for a change and always enjoyed welding. Practicing some tig welding (aluminum, stainless, etc) and stick. Would like to brake out and turn it into a full time gig.

I had a union boss tell me one time that every time he was confronted on a job with something he did not know how to do, he would go use the portolet and peek out the door watching fellow workers on how they did it, then he would come out and do what he saw them doing.

I plan to. It is so hard. To do this stuff at work. Trying to video. Pulling strings. And taking measurements is. Not really. In the cards. I'm gonna try. The next time we have one.

Self leveling laser, now that’s a game changer. Bought my first one a dewalt maybe 2 to 3 hundred more than 12 year ago. I can find all kind of used. Not good outside. I think a green laser works much better outside. Prices have come down.

I love my self leveling green laser. I had to get the green room because I couldn’t see the red one we’re always outside

Great video boss man. Nice to see the math in long form... calculators are great but what happens when you don't have one? Seen a lot of fitters begin to freak out. Blue book is so helpful... if you know how to use it.....there again it is about sharing information to help others out. Great video .
