Definitely these are the used products. I have a retail counter and yes company offers us support if we found some damage door ref. in that case also they just replace the door not whole product.

Actually wo clear nahi bata raha these are 2nd product like replacement done under warranties,,, damage product or mishandled by authorised installer, transporter, companies take back these type of product and repair them n sell them in 2nd category, like in my case I purchased ac last year I remember installer accidentally dropped it from 8 ft while installation, they given me new pc.
Yes, these are the peices which fail quality check or are returned by consumer.
